Latin Percussion Therapy

Saturdays & Sundays 3pm-5pm

Weekend Sessions are 2 hours long and progress through the folowing fields of study:

LATIN PERCUSSION - Afro-Latin percussion instruction on congas, bongos, timbales, tambora, panderetas, shekerés, vocals and more. This class covers folkloric and secular rhythms with an emphasis on mechanics and articulation. (1 hour per week)

AFRO-LATIN FOLKLORIC ENSEMBLE - A performance development environment that focuses on modern genres (i.e., salsa, jazz, rumba, bomba, etc.) Playing in an ensemble inspires self confidence and ingnites a passion for music. (1 hour per week)
